Have a St. Louis Style Pizza on Me.
Every area has their own spin on pizza, but St. Louis style pizza is a bit different than any other. This thin crust pizza has a distinctively different taste and appearance--generally cut into squares rather than triangles. It's a whole lot of sauce and Provel cheese, and very little crust. It's a dish that must be tried!
Tom - who hails from Chicago - would probably differ, but thin crust pizza is my favorite. (As a matter of fact, he just walked in the door with a 'pie' in his hands.)
